NB - sharing because the aggressive behaviour by UBS has always annoyed me. You guys should be $3+ for reasons I posted here.

If you actually read through the data in the announcement, UBS are effectively a wholesaler of services for shorting. Insidious stuff. Really annoys me. Look at the list of underlying funds using their services. They all basically have shorting as part of their strategy.

Here's one of them. You need a minimum of $50k to invest ( retail version ), $250k for the wholesale version.

My perspective also is that you have your plant commissioned now and on a path for growth. Yes the graphite market is evolving but EV sales are starting to take off so there will certainly be an uptick in graphite demand.
