    Let's say a country like China does decide to steal the patented tech - notwithstanding that I'd be shocked if a Chinese shipyard wasn't one of the yards soon to be granted a contract from GEV; what are they going to do with the ship?
    This isn't a piece of software or million dollar machine, we're talking here about a $100m+ ship with 1 ise and 1 use only.
    What will they do with ship once it's built?
