Yesteday was the Time to exit, after the r&d Ann and before the terrible 249D and the placement announcements.
That one 20 million @.003 is fake IMO and will vanish just in time, and with now well over 1 billion shares on issue this is a sell imo.
I would bet my left nut most of the yesterdays selling was the placement.
