The substantial holder notice is for Regal Funds Management.
Their approach:INVESTMENT PHILOSOPHY
Through fundamental research Regal selects shares that it believes are undervalued and are expected to rise in price. In addition, the strategies utilise Regal’s expertise and systems to sell shares that it believes are overvalued and take advantage of a falling share price. This practice is known as ‘shorting’ and sets Regal apart from many other traditional investors as it creates more opportunity for alpha generation.
You wouldnt be shorting an already depressed share price(sell high, buy low). Therefore this and the corresponding absolute return funds is looking at undervalued assets (buy low sell high).
Meanwhile 2.5% percent down this morning on a total of 36k dollars. IN other words we lost 6.5m in market cap on 36k worth of trading... Clearly its a fake drop, the eventual low-volume rise will also be the same.
