I created the group with not much more than the idea of getting people together who had holdings. It has snowballed to something massive, which I never expected. I am also lucky to have fabulous people on board that participated in helping me so much. From emails, & phone calls to different people, IT and others willing to help out where they could.
It is something that has taken a lot of my time and lots of frustration too. There was no template, just made it up on the go. Massive learning curve that is for sure. Thanks AussieBryan for your reply and I know that there was no existing template for you to work from. However, what you have cobbled together has become a template for how to go about setting up a group. Correct me if am wrong here but in a very basic sketchy outline the initial few steps involve - someone setting up a skype address so that shareholders can discuss what the plan is

Thanks AussieBryan for your reply and I know that there was no existing template for you to work from. However, what you have cobbled together has become a template for how to go about setting up a group. Correct me if am wrong here but in a very basic sketchy outline the initial few steps involve -
- someone setting up a skype address so that shareholders can discuss what the plan is
- agreeing on a suitable person who can be trusted to supply an email address that people can send their personal details to and the quantity of shares
- composing a letter to the ASX people explaining what the group wants to happen to protect their investment and provide a way forward.
Now after that I am a bit uncertain on what was done or how the next steps were achieved.
I can see the difficulty involved in the starting steps because it does involve a fair bit of trust. It seems that the HDY group struck gold with you.
Any further help or comments appreciated
Thanks
