I created the group with not much more than the idea of getting people together who had holdings. It has snowballed to something massive, which I never expected. I am also lucky to have fabulous people on board that participated in helping me so much. From emails, & phone calls to different people, IT and others willing to help out where they could.
It is something that has taken a lot of my time and lots of frustration too. There was no template, just made it up on the go. Massive learning curve that is for sure.
