This link is for everyone to go to, for a word document that I created for all holders to fill in. Having everyone send me emails with details is becoming to hard to monitor as I am getting that many emails with people wanting to add, but also questions.
This way if you enter HDY FORM in your subject/title of email and only attach the document and nothing else, it will make life much easier for me to sort through all the holdings and have it recorded in an orderly manner. Thanks everyone and sorry for this inconvenience, but needs to be done.
