    The shorter is betting on a CR.

    High debt levels. Make pushing the SP down a good bet.

    Lower share price linked to debt convenants or getting banks nervous on the debt.

    Then force hand of company to raise more funds at lower price. Then bang easy money.

    ASL is a buy after debt is addressed.

    At the moment it needs a 1:1 or 1:2 CR.
