where Upreti/c4v ends up paying brokerage and due to the size of the sale was also putting downward price pressure selling into the market........an an offmarket trade would have been much much better, so that's would have been a pre-arrangement.

cmon, lets just be honest, Upreti offloaded his shares over 4 days and he got a price at least 10% lower than what it was issued to him at (the shares in lieu of payment was made at 37c)
