Absolutely agree. IMO C4V selling and ALC purchasing. Neautiful arrangement. I guess my only question is why they didn't just facilitate an off market trade at an agreed price. Worked out well for AL Capital, but C4V probably got a little short changed. Good though that MNS and C4V now have collectively bolstered their cash positions (assumedly) allowing for much more confidence in decision making and progressing the facility.
