Think your on the money here re: Seymour and Pickle.
I'm not sure on how much BB can provide in this pump but it must be something substantial if these funds still have $1M tied up. Regal always try to play games. I'm more keen on Terra being on board than Regal. Terra have such a great track record, it'd make you wonder why they picked ADV - so something exciting might be coming about soon.
To be fair, the past few months have seen selling on declining volume. Sellers are exhausted so all this needs now is interest.
