The 4m sell at 2.3 will be pulled IMO. If not, it shows the guy is a complete bozo. His order will guarantee he exits at a lower price that he could otherwise get if he were to better play the match price algo. He could easily pull half his order into 2.4 where it would be filled at 2.4 (due to solid demand) and then dump the rest into 2.3 if that's really the price he'd accept.
It tells me he's an amateur or if he's not at amateur, he's trying to contain the price.
