Agree on your math with regard to HSN. I wasn't referring to HSN in saying it's trading at 5-6x EBITDA; rather, i was saying that HSN trades at something like a 5-6x EBITDA discount relative to GTK, i.e. GTK is something like 15-16x EBITDA vs. HSN's 10x. Note that GTK has just launched an equity raise and i haven't redone the math as to what it's trading on now, but i'd imagine it's still at a substantial valuation premium to HSN.
