Don’t get confused PTW ... JP and m/Lynch are nominees they act on behalf of their clients, the financial beneficiary’s Tera and Regal ... they are trading house funds .. their sole purpose is trading ... long and short so any talk of billion dollar instos taking an interest based on FA is just garbage
Put on a basic level .. JP manages the day to day trade mechanics of their clients (Tera) investment in a stock just as M/l for Redal and much like your broker manages yours .. ie you never deal with ASX when you place a trade ..com sec etrade ect does.
As per how are they able to well they are not superfunds ect they are hedge funds specifically set up to deal in high risk spec stocks with specific trading targets ... it’s great for those who are willing to trade ASX: ADV but IMO the same can not be said for long term future of Ardiden the company .
