Just checked cadence capital latest ann regarding their NTA, and as of 31st march, 2018 they are long with 2.2% exposure.
They are probably just increasing their position, looks to me like a false alarm which turns out to actually be a strong sign of support for SHJ. Unless there is something I'm missing?
