    EUR announced dilution only.

    They originally had 25M shares = 5.13% and still have 25M

    The dilution lowered their % to less than 5.13% but greater than 5.12% looks like a rounding issue? Or a mistake, I have not checked the maths.

    Why ann. it at all? I thought changes of >=1% requires notification?
