ACA and Choi Qin are the only ones holding that many shares.
The loan transaction date is not mentioned in the disclosure. I imagine it happened before the suspension.
My take is that its part of Choi Qin's now disclosed holdings and the ASIC audit thats currently going on has uncovered Barclays interest and ASIC have reminded Barclays of their disclosure obligations.
Whoever owns them had to be short of cash to go cap in hand to Barclays.
The plot thickens.
