Oh, I missed MF's update.

A bit late, eh! This form must be lodged within 2 business days after the holder became aware of the transaction or change in % holding. These changes happened in Oct and Nov last year.

The objective of the law is so that market participants, shareholders and directors of a listed company are able to identify the controllers (including the associates of those shareholders who also hold such shares) of substantial blocks of voting shares or interests in that company.

There would be no doubt though that HQ would have known of the changes, or the big ones anyway, so no harm there, but who is minding Mr Fotios. Surely he has a secretary or accountant to do these things on time for him.

Anyway, he owns/controls 9.71% of the company, and has done so since 20 November.
