I thought you were insinuating the "flea" is the broker from Perth who brought this company to IPO. So we're on a different page aren't we? Got no idea who you are referring to but really does it matter?
If you're right that some broker is manipulating the stock, what difference does it make in the long run? Unless you're a trader who wants a short term exit, it shouldn't bother you surely?
