YOW reply might tell us the motivation but if you think there is no support for change I think you have underestimated the fall in value suffered by holders and losing a sub holder. Opportunistic- isn't it always but if you leave the tent flap open you never know what walks in. They may be doing it because they can , at little cost, there is little downside to them and they make a point. The puppet-masters know this game so YOW would be well advised to react and not dismiss it or talk it down.
Start writing up the resolution to reverse AGM resolution on bonus now and it would probably go through at meting. Resolution to lower costs , Pencils poised...
Most holders don't do enough primary groundwork and research as shown by forums so someone with access to register can easily get them onsidewith a educational letter rather than defaulting with chairman on votes.
