its been a year in the making for RLC literally, their is a lot riding on there first drill hole
I expect after they announce they have commenced drilling some money will begin to flow in.
also I think as ASN move closer to production and pnn both keep going higher, RLC MC will
have to increase to close the gap.
directors think the market has been sleeping on RLC for sometime imo, and the first CR were not prepared to raise money at a MC they thought were too cheap, the second one although seemed too low was the average price the month before.
