With the SP of GFY now at 40c...they've ripped up damn near a third of their entry price of 59.76c. If they aren't activist shareholders, surely they must be thinking of going there. The reasons for the slow demise of this once iconic brand have been well expanded on this site. The model doesn't work anymore and their opposition are strong, smart and active. GFY under Walker only offered more of the same.
Yes, I am attracted by the current price and the fundamentals on offer...but it is cheap for a reason (many reasons) and I don't believe the skill sets of the new director/management team can pull it out of its slow descent to an eventual crash site. It may take a few years to get there but the nose is pointed south and has been for a number of years.
Good to see they have cleared the dead wood like Bernie Bricknell..and Walker going is a step forward.
