If you have a quick read on the Adam Smith website it is quick to see they are value investors who have a Ben Graham like investment thesis... Worth a read if you haven't already, I have requested their investment returns on the two small cap offerings they have.
CCV IMO has fit the bottom, in that I fully expect earnings to stabilise, and so does management. With EPS of 2c CCV is priced very cheap. With no dividend, the SP should stay within this trading range, which IMO provides opportunity.
