Yogi it is fine for a bank to lend shares to day traders. I would lend my shares to reputable borrowers if I could as well. That is like renting a house. I am just a bit annoyed that there are at least 10 announcements where Norges Bank holdings flip-flopped around 5% holding. They continuously have been holding over 20 million shares. When they hold 25 million shares they become a substantial shareholder that requires announcement to be made. When they reduce their holding to 24 million shares they stop being a substantial shareholder that requires announcement to be made. As per the latest announcement at the moment they are holding 25.3 million shares which currently makes them a substantial shareholder.
