As always, I tend to be concerned by the number of "no consideration given" transactions listed by Norges Bank, either specified as "Collateral Returned" or "Collateral Received".
I mean, I might be completely stupid, but this seems to indicate to me that shares are being lent out, and returned (i.e. this is also known as "shorting", I believe).
Hence the numbers of "substantial holder" notices flying out of Norges Bank recently.
Then again, I might be completely wrong.
