The "cow" was very old, "mature" in business terms, thus the sale, and thus why they had so much difficulty getting "reasonable" financing. The banks can be idiots at times, but, not immediately post GFC!! The vendors were also happy to give someone else a go, so much so that they very happily effectively facilitated the purchase and had a huge win/win for themselves. The only real winners , so far!!
But, it has been able to have new, young, growing products being weaned off it with new, young, very keen owners with heads full of new ideas. The future of CM8. TIME!!
