MF would be buying more because he can see a profit coming. No-brainer thought really!
The big question is 'how?'
This recent buying resulted in an increase of 4.8m old shares (= 960k new shares). That is hardly significant! The total cost was $64+k. The 31/3 buy that took him in to substantial holding status was just a quantity of 160k new shares at 6.5c = $10,400. Why would he do that? Why would he buy a relatively small quantity so as to put him into disclosure territory? Now everyone knows what he holds and when he bought or acquired. He also now needs to disclose changes in % holding as required by law. Thanks MF, we can now track your movements while you stay at 5%+.
Investmet's 20/12 acquisition(24.457m placement at 1.2c) just had to come via Somer's allocation of the 73.69m shortfall which S had underwritten.
Interesting that a Perth solicitor lodged the form.
