Good to see The Boat Fund jump on board CGR and go Substantial.
There must be value here, considering the bank funding is an significant milestone! With the cost of funding to half, as bonds are paid off over the next 12 month, earnings will rocket!
Seems like this one is under the radar and market fully hasn't understand the above mentioned scenario.
My estimate is eps of 4c FY19.
Another plus is director as been buying on the market.
