Not sure who "Ace Ray Limited" is, or the director "Yip Yu Kwon", couldn't find much on the web.
There is a Yip Yu Kwon who is the CFO for Salubris Pharmaceuticals in Hong Kong, not sure if this is the guy though.
And it looks like Ace Ray Limited was incorporated in mid 2014.
