The question that has to be asked I think is:
Why would current PRA director Hersh and then Jason from Celtic invest over $100k each into a black hole?.. Doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I doubt it's to soften the blow to retail investors if the ship sinks.
Hopefully we are now at the tail end of these delays and we can start looking forward to a successful Prospectus issuance, raise and re-listing. Yes it's Feb so either way we will know soon enough. Keeping in mind there was likely a six week period over Xmas and new year where key people would have been out of office..
We are on shaky ground no doubt but I'm more confident now than two weeks go that they will get the other foot through the door to re-list as THD.
I'll save the blame game for if and when the deal falls over though.

Agree BOOM, it would be nice to see even the smallest snippet of news "direct" from PRA management, it has been a long time to leave share holders in the dark.

Communication in any business is considered paramount, even if that communication is

" We are still at it and hope to have completion in next ? weeks, thank you for your patience".
