use your HIN or CHESS info and create an account there if you don't have one already...

once there you will see all your companies that you hold and those that use LINK services for their investor related work...

once you create your account, use the link
http://www.linkmarketservices.com.au/corporate/InvestorServices/Online-Services.html

and select >Investor & Employee login option at the right side of the screen

while broswing through the site, you will go to the link " https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au/#/ProxyVotingList/Votes"

you will see the upcoming AGMs and you will find GBG out there and you select VOTE option and all the 5 options will be shown to you... 1-4 are not earth shattering for us but I was interested in Topic # 5 ...
