$4M from the asset sale. $400k min received already, another $800k in 90 days and the rest on completion of sale.

So potentially $4.6M cash for a shell with a $2.9M mc, who've made it clear they're on the hunt for projects, mgmt all good skin in the game and new SH in for $160k.

My only gripe is the lowball placement @ 005 and the 50M bonus shares to the underwriter (i.e. director) at basically no consideration.

But cheap by any measure in shell land.
