Thanks, I've been buying for a few months have a nice little position now and looking to increase it slowly.

I have a fair bit of exposure to REIT's with holdings in aog rff and goz. I have other holdings in other companies as well obviously but the last few years the REIT's have been going really well. Most have probably come up to fair value though in recent times.

Aja looks cheap to me though. The Japanese property market looks set to have a decent year if some of the commentary is to be believed.
