Max, so if i get this right, a deal was done, for cash, to approve certain things at an AGM/EGM? is that right? how legal is that? i still question if anyone really knows what happened with the voting way back when this was backdoored into wintech. i have heard conflicting stories and my conspiracy theories tell me they won't relist this at all until the 'history' had been lost/forgotten etc and old shareholders 'move on'.
