Very strange that the Mark boys would establish a company with their initials on behalf of some third party as you suggest.
Didn't they exchange shares/options in MAE in lieu of fees owning to them? Now why would they do that rather than place the company in administration/liquidation?
And they increased their equity recently by investing more funds! Why???
