Why they let people, especially substantial holders, invest via shady offshore financial centre through blind funds is beyond me. It undermines the whole point of transparency.
Who knows who this mob are, or whether they are holding a stake on behalf of a potential acquirer, with the sell price determined in advance.
I hope the company does whatever possible to find out who is behind this purchase.
