If I have a big stash of cash like some funds I could:

1. Stack the sell queue at .001c, then
2. Buy from the front of the .001c sell queue, slowly over the next few months.
3. When my sell orders at .001c get close to the front of the queue, cancel them, then go back to the end of the .001c sell queue and rejoin,
4. Continue to buy those at the front of the queue.
5. Repeat 1 - 4.

Doesn't that look like a takeover?
