There is a difference in being able to grab the whole company or a significant chunk of it and manage it and reap the profit - from selling silver - compare to the small potatoes like some of us who wait for the share price to rise to reap profit - from the sp difference.

I should add a correction the take over already happened, it's not looming, it had already taken place, it happened by stealth ... present perfect tense.

We don't know what the conversion price is, maybe it's 0.1c or maybe 0.2c. Peanuts for a big 'opportunity' fund.
