Not sure if they have learned the lessons BBB. I do get the feeling from Curtis's comments that there is doubt about whether the testing will go ahead now.
Frankly I would not be surprised if KL1-4 was chosen to prompt this very issue and raise the whole issue of losing that part of the lease as part of the unit agreement as part of a defacto reason to make DNR reconsider it's earlier decision. May be a useful strategy and not one that could be openly communicated to the market - but could be overall beneficial to us in the longer run. That said I do not like spending months and months analysing and re-analysing data to drill a well that we want to bring online asap for more cash flow - to only have it delayed potentially for months not a good market look!
