KBJ obviously your right. Its pretty clear on the conference call around the 30min mark. The CEO says there is a lot of interest in the issue, that it should be covered in writing and describes it as a "..unique upset position.." To argue its not material is a bit silly to me. Legally there is probably an argument that its public information. But obviously not many people would buy BCC stock if they thought they had to follow a dozen web sites daily to know what was going on. Even to have to follow hotcopper where posters kindly follow those web sites for us is a bit much to ask. To me it was a mistake not telling the market about this. Instead of defending management it would be more constructive for holders to say to them, look, you made a mistake here. In future when you face unexpected challenges, tell us as soon as possible. We will find out anyway and it will cause more confusion.
