Hi KBJ, what I said wasnt wrong. I said I have not seen other oilers report this type of issue in specific announcements, but instead report changes to acreages in their quarterly acivity reports. I also said that BCC imo would have to report it IF the spacing issue stopped the KL1-4 drilling (or by implication testing).

The research (thanks for posting btw) you have posted looks conclusive evidence that if they dont get the required authorisation they will have to stop KL1-4 until they do. If so, then BCC will have to explain in an announcement why. Given how close they are to TD it looks as if the odds are they will have to stop - its difficult to imagine they have sorted it in only the last couple of days.
