BBB, in my readings of various announcements from a range of oil and gas company announcements thati follow, i have never seen a company issue an announcement specifically to report to the market about a spacing issue for a well being drilled. What I have seen on a number of occasions is companies reporting in the quarterly activity reports on changes to acreages due to acquisitions and as a a result of pooling arrangements.
Based on the convention of reporting I have seen, I woulld say the only reason BCC will report the issue is if it does stop drilling (because it will obviously have to offer an explanation as to why).
