    This sounds like rearranging the decks on the Titanic or more of the latest revolving door trickery.

    Ramy sells 5 million of his shares off market for $100,000 (2 cents each) to Chairman Ted.

    No new cash comes into the company and no mention of the Egyptian deals and cash etc.
