    without researching who is behind those entities, it appears someone was willing to purchase a significant stake at 28c, minimal discount to SP.

    on the other hand, assuming they are IPO/FPO shares, why has the seller sold? 40% gain seen as enough perhaps, and maybe they have a need for their cash elsewhere in HK or China... we all know property prices have come off a fair bit there.
