    So we have a new player Weiss Asset Management from Boston - why are they interested in a small Aussie REIT ?

    Just Googled seems they are known for arbitrage plays
    so do you think they must see some easy money in TCQ ?

    Think I'll stay in and watch it play out might see 30c yet ;)
