Lets hope KapitalK meant 4 million shares. what with 7 mill plus traded at 10.5c today somebody was buying aswell as somebody selling (most probably Entrust).
I agree with your sentiment on their MD being on the board, I think he's looking after Entrust's position without regard for NOD shareholders. It was probably a provision of the CR that he was put there but at what expense. I think somebody has mentioned it before about Directors not being allowed to trade close to sensitive announcements so I dont know how they got away with this at the end of February.
Lets hope theres not another bad announcement around the corner.
