I don't think anyone will want to hold such a big vol of illiquid shares like Kings for trading.
At the end of April, OCJ has only 14.6m shares.
At the end of July, they have accumulated 24.1m shares.
During the last 3 weeks of Aug, they bought another 1.6m.
Looks like they are establishing themselves as a major shareholder in Kings.
The parent company is involved in steel plates manufacturing.
To me, all the signs are good.
