The economics around this were quite incredible even back up around mid 20s where I bought... but they have a long history now of poor comms with the market and not delivering... I think the chinese gov has put CMC on hold indefinitely and they just has to sit and wait. Strategic agreements with other chinese coys that have some sway with the gov may well help, but have to wait and see.
