It certainly is going up and this used to be one of my favourite stocks and I used to actively post about it on noadvertising... but how can you INVEST in a stock that (a) doesn't communicate with the market with any consistency and (b) has been blocked for years now by the Chinese government?

Just communicating to the market consistently would lower the risk to investors significantly and build some trust again. The best you can do here is take a punt...
