Pure speculation here but 681 Barrenjoey Rd is right across from the beach in a small surfing town. If whoever is behind Crown's investments actually lives there then he (or she) is odds on a mad keen surfer and understands the power of Surfstitch's business. Good to have a substantial holder in the know. Again, pure speculation.
